The house rules that keep classes safe, fair, and on time — and the terms behind every membership.
All Sales Final
All purchases — classes, memberships, packages, and retail — are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Grip Socks Required
Grip socks are required in every class for safety and hygiene. Bring your own or pick up a pair at the studio.
No-Show & Late Cancellation
Missed classes carry a $25 no-show fee and forfeit a drop-in credit. Cancellations within 12 hours of start time incur a $20 fee ($65 for private and private group classes).
Arrival & Late Entry
Please arrive on time. Five or more minutes after start, your spot may pass to the waitlist and entry may not be permitted — strictly enforced for safety and to keep class uninterrupted.
Auto-Renewal Membership Agreement
This agreement is entered into between Lagree South Lake Tahoe and the individual purchasing a membership, as of the date of purchase.
- 1. Membership Term
- Auto-renewing memberships carry a minimum commitment of consecutive monthly billing cycles.
- 2. Automatic Renewal
- After the initial commitment, memberships renew month-to-month unless properly canceled under this agreement.
- 3. Cancellation
- Memberships may be canceled after the initial three-, six-, or twelve-month commitment. Email a cancellation request to info@lagreesouthlake.com at least 15 days before your next billing date; otherwise the membership renews and bills for the following month.
- 4. Billing & Payment Authorization
- Fees bill automatically to the payment method on file at the start of each cycle. Enrolling authorizes these recurring charges and requires keeping valid payment information current.
- 5. Non-Transferability
- Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the named member.
- 6. Membership Changes
- Lagree South Lake Tahoe may modify membership pricing, benefits, or terms with prior notice, as permitted by California law.
- 7. Membership Freezes
- Request a freeze by emailing info@lagreesouthlake.com at least 14 days before the desired freeze date. A $15 monthly freeze fee applies; availability and duration are subject to studio approval.
- 8. Termination by Studio
- The studio may suspend or terminate a membership for non-payment, policy violations, or behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive.
By purchasing a class, package, or membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these studio policies and membership terms.
