The Studio

Built on the Method.

One room, a row of Microformers, and a way of training that changes how your body works — not just how it looks.

Class reaching through a movement at Lagree South Lake

The Lagree Method

Slow is the point.

Lagree strengthens, tightens, and tones with maximum efficiency and minimal impact — intense on the muscle, gentle on the joints, connective tissue, and spine.

Classes weave proven strength work — planks, lunges, squats, push-ups — with signature Lagree moves like Super Lunge, Catfish, and Scrambled Eggs. Expect to shake, sweat, and find muscles you forgot you had.

Everything runs on the Magic 10: ten core principles that vary intensity class to class, so your body keeps adapting and the results keep coming.

The Team

Coached, corrected,
and cared for.

Brooke Racan

Owner & Founder · Level 1 Lagree Instructor

Brooke opened Lagree South Lake to bring the method she fell for in 2016 home to Tahoe. With nearly a thousand classes behind her, she coaches with a calm, melodic precision that keeps you locked in while your muscles work to their edge — her signature 45-minute burn.

Taylor Jackson

Lagree Instructor

Born and raised in South Lake Tahoe, Taylor found Lagree while living in Oceanside and never let it go. Her classes run on energy and genuine encouragement — a motivating, full-body burn that leaves you stronger and more balanced than you walked in.

Peyton Moreau

Level 1 Lagree & Mat Pilates Instructor

Peyton came to Pilates through pre-professional ballet, where alignment and control weren't optional. That classical foundation shapes how she coaches Lagree: precise, detailed, and built around safe, intentional movement. Off the Microformer she's climbing, snowboarding, or mountain biking with her two dogs.

Michele Riefenberg

Lagree Instructor

Chicago-born and mountain-drawn, Michele took years of Lagree classes in Denver before certifying to teach. Her classes are energizing, challenging, and open to every level — with the cues and modifications to help you progress with confidence.

Alicia Choquette

Lagree Instructor

A South Lake native, Alicia found Lagree in San Diego over a decade ago and loved it enough to buy her own micro machine when she moved home. A former hot barre and sculpt instructor — and a physician assistant by day — she brings warmth, energy, and a sharp eye for form to every class.

Jessica Allman

Lagree Instructor

A lifelong athlete raised between Laguna Beach and the Bay Area, Jess has tried nearly every form of fitness there is — Lagree is the one that stuck. She builds classes that are fun, demanding, and welcoming, whether it's your first time on the machine or your hundredth.

Carolyn Ebzery

Lagree Instructor

With more than a decade of yoga teaching behind her, Carolyn coaches Lagree with a grounding, alignment-first approach — heart lifted, spine long. Expect to leave her classes more present and stronger than ever.
